OCTASKY ("we", "us", "our") is a digital solutions studio and software house based in Multan, Pakistan. We provide web development, UX/UI and graphic design, video editing, 2D animation, YouTube automation, lead generation and e-commerce marketing services to clients around the world.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit octasky.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
02Information we collect
Information you give us
When you message us on WhatsApp, email us, or use the enquiry form, you may share:
- Your name and contact details, such as a phone number or email address
- The service you're interested in, your budget and your project details
- Files, brand assets, logins or other materials you send us so we can deliver your project
Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare processes basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request and the time of your visit. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and protect it from abuse.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic, for example how many people visit and which pages are popular. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
Information stored on your device
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The website saves two small preferences in your own browser:
- Theme: whether you chose light or dark mode, so the site remembers it next time (local storage)
- Intro: whether you've already seen the opening animation in this browser session, so it doesn't play again (session storage)
These never leave your device, and you can clear them anytime from your browser settings.

- To keep our website secure and understand how it's used, so we can improve it

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.
04The enquiry form
The "Tell us about your project" form on our website does not store or send your details to any server. When you press Send on WhatsApp or Send by email, the form simply opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself.
Once you send it, your message is handled by WhatsApp or your email provider under their own privacy policies, and we receive it like any other message.
05Third-party services
We rely on a few trusted services to run our website and our business:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and privacy-friendly analytics
- Google Fonts: our website fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google when it downloads them
- WhatsApp (Meta): when you chat with us on WhatsApp
- Email providers: when you email us
- Freelance platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork: if you hire us through one of them, that platform's privacy policy also applies to your order
Each of these services processes data under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to read them.
07How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages and project information for as long as we need them to work with you and support your project, and afterwards as long as required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your rights" below).
08Security
Our website is served over a secure HTTPS connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information and project materials you share with us. Access is limited to the team members who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe.
09International transfers
We are based in Pakistan and work with clients worldwide. The services we use, such as Cloudflare and Google, may process data in other countries. By contacting us or using our website, you understand that your information may be processed outside your own country.
10Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your information
- Object to or limit how we use your information

11Children's privacy
Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us their information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we add new services or tools. The latest version will always be on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top.
